Collin Culdice

CEO / Principal

Collin is the company’s owner and directly manages all projects from concept to installation. He has over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic planning. He is a Navy veteran and served the country as an aeronautical radar engineer, a lead tactical operator, and was also involved in poverty alleviation programs for the communities he served. His interest in social betterment and environmental conservation motivated him to create Blue Snow. 

A military background coupled with a Bachelor of Science in business management and wildlife biology from The University of Montana contribute to his success in planning and effectively executing our client’s projects. Collin recently received a Silver Award from The Council for Advancement and Support of Education due to his planning and execution of the UW’s donor wall.





Jorge Mattei

Design Director

Jorge has always had a passion for design and the visual arts. He has a formal education in art history from The University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in industrial design from The Art Institute of Seattle. The role of design in culture and its ability to improve social conditions is a motivator for Jorge’s involvement in the design field and in Blue Snow. He manages and facilitates all of our design services. Working to achieve a client’s vision through various design disciplines is his passion. His dedication has led to outstanding success in projects such as T- Mobile veterans wall and the University of Washington, Tacoma Paper & Stationery, Custom Furniture, and Donor Wall Project.





Nathan Bush

Manufacturing Foreman

Nathan is the lead foreman for Blue Snow. He supervises manufacturing and implements the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Nathan was born in Montana and comes from a family with generational knowledge in fine furniture, finish work, and wood materials. His project management experience in the manufacturing field is one of the reasons Blue Snow is highly competitive in quality and pricing. As a team member here at Blue Snow, he has led the completion of projects with outstanding dedication and material handling.
